All eyes in the sport of Jumping in Australia will once again turn to Boneo in Victoria, where the 2022
Pryde’s EasiFeed Australian Jumping Championships will be held from Wednesday 2nd to Sunday 6th
of November. This will be a welcome return to their traditional spot on the calendar after
the 2021 Championships were delayed until February this year.

Situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, Boneo Park Equestrian Centre has been the home
to the past three Australian Jumping Championships and is excited to once again be hosting
competitors from around the country in what will be a five-day Jumping extravaganza.

Pryde’s EasiFeed have once again come onboard as generous sponsors of the Championships and
with action taking place in three separate arenas, not to mention over $100,000 in prize money, the
excitement is not to be missed. In total, there are over 740 horses and 410 riders entered to
compete in a range of Australian titles, including:

– The Verband Holsteiner Germany Future Stars Championship
– The Kiernan Plant Hire Mini Prix Championship
– The Racing Hearts Speed Championship
– The 4-Cyte Children’s Championship
– The Horseland Junior Championship
– The Racing Hearts Young Rider Championship and
– The Pryde’s EasiFeed Senior Championship

An Off-The-Track Championship will also be held, sponsored by the Racing Victoria Off-The-Track
Program, which is dedicated to the welfare of retired racing thoroughbreds.
The program for the week also incorporates a range of minor titles and non-championship height
classes.

The Senior Championship will bring together for a memorable competition the very best riders in the
country including Olivia Hamood – 2021 Australian Senior Champion, Tom McDermott – 2019
Australian Senior Champion and Amber Fuller – 2018 Australian Senior Champion.

Reflecting on her 2021 Championship success, Olivia Hamood said “Winning the Australian Senior
Title last year was a dream come true, it’s something I’ve always wanted to win ever since I was a
Junior. I’ve been runner up in Juniors, Young Riders and Seniors but to actually win it was just surreal.
Most definitely the highlight of my career so far. I’m excited to be heading back to Boneo this year to
give it my best shot again, we haven’t had the most ideal prep but it’s the one show on the calendar
each year that everyone wants to attend and everyone wants to perform well at.”

It is not only competitors that are well catered for at Boneo Park, as the experience for spectators
will also be fantastic. Along with the world class Jumping to enjoy, there will be an extensive trade
village and a range of quality food and drink outlets. A day out at Boneo Park is an unforgettable
experience.
